Itachi's Speed

If you go back to part when itachi was around 12/13, he was able to blitz 3, yes 3 sharigan users from the konoha police force and defeat them with taijutsu;

One moment he was on the pillar, the next he wasnt;

Look at the gap between him and kurenai when he kicked her into the lake whilst he was still on the pavement;

He was able to get behind her. Also notice the exclamation mark above her head;

Now in his healthy state, supposedly prime did we see his true speed.
Notice the gap between him and nagato and bee and naruto here;

Then notice how he quickly closed the gap in the next place. Also look at nagato's in the bottom left hand side, you'd see a puff of smoke there which is signature of shunshin (although smoke isnt always absolute). This is due to itachi's shunshin. Also that bee had an exclamation and a question mark on top of his head, when nagato told them said heads up;

Though the duel between him and naruto was more of casual duel, he was able to resist to a degree his speed, he then evaded both of them. Later did was he able to get away from bee's kenjutsu unharmed;

When he retreated he went back to the original distance which was beside's nagato;

Yet the next thing he appears behind bee. Note that this image also shows him alongside nagato and the was quiet a distance between nagato and bee, for him to get behind bee like that isnt a bad speed feat;

OMG! I know he is fast, but people keep saying that he faster then A and SM jiraiya thats why i made this thread because of all the fanboys who pipe clean itachi's speed. Nice research though. . .

Yes he is fast, but he is not that fast. His speed is ok. Don't confuse his speeds with genjutusu's people.

When he body flicked to sasauke in that video someone posted that was a genjutsu so we can not confirm that, in his genjutsu's he can do what he wants.

Itachi needs to act normally as to not give away the use of genjutsu. If he was to fly to Sasuke, it'd be all to obvious. The fact that he used a shunshin like that and it did not give away the trick shows us he was fully capable of doing so in reality.

Zetzu himself commented on how something was wrong with Itachi and he should have been able to dodge the Shuriken.

The answer was that he was feeling the side effect of Tsukuyumi and was starting to go blind on that eye.

I hate when people compare him to being as fast as sage mode jiraiya or base speed minato or A,

Sage Jiraiya simply doesnt belong in the league you put him through, his base speed is no where near the high end tier and Sage mode doesnt bring him up to such tier either, he is faster and fast, but is as fast or at the very best slightly faster than Itachi, which is the reason why i dont agree at all when you claim Jiraiya in Sage mode is leagues above Itachi, he clearly isnt.

He is nowhere near their tier of speed, but he has sharingan so his preception is on another level and that + his handseal speed makes him seem like he is extremely fast but in reality he is not

We showed movement speed feat, he is fast enough to be able to exchange with Kyuubi Naruto. Sasuke was to some extent overwhelmed by Itachi's speed (not only his handseal speed).... Sasuke who dodged Bee's lariat, a feat only previously done by Raikage himself before.

He isnt as fast as Minato, A and Naruto, but hes not so far behind them. With such thing you can consider Itachi to be a very fast Ninja, when you add up his godly hand speed, that is where his speed reaches top tier speed, and adding the Sharingan only adds up to back up that speed.

He is overall Extremely fast because of his movement speed and Handseals, but he is also very fast when it comes to movement speed.

Fail. Itachi was extremely ill that's why he couldn't dodge the rigged shuriken. Healthy Itachi is very fast indeed. stop underestimating Itachi's speed.

He is excellent at BODY FLICKER remember in part 1 when he fought kakashi. When he kick Kurenai into the water and instantly was behind her if Kakashi wasn't there he could have killed her. minato is not fast on his foot. itachi faster than him without any weapon and seal. Minato use it telport, doesn't mean he is fast
