Everyone knows Itachi was sick when he was fightin Sasuke, Zetsu even said something wasn't right with Itachi he should've dodge Sasuke Shuriken. Jiraiya has a 4.5 in speed Itachi is faster. He is up there with the fastest in base

where does minato come into this? i just simply responded to your statement of quote itachi is not that fast when in reality his speed is well above average....true he is not as fast as minato but when did it become a dick measuring contest between the two. also link me to minatos 5 in the databook xd? true minato will most likely have a five in speed in the databook but to my knowledge his stats have not been recorded.

Itachi's base speed is faster than sm jiraiya. 3rd DB came out and acknowledged his recent sm feats and still gave him a 4.5/5 for speed

fact his body flicker and reflexes are at the highest level

Well its pretty obvious what he would have, I was using minato as an example nothing more. My reasoning for this is because you stated itachi had a 5 in your last post, I was simply clarifiying that a handful of ninja have class 5 speed and yet there can be vast differences between one another. . .

When it comes to movement speed,
Itachi isnt on Minato's Hiraishin, A's shunshin or Naruto's Kyuubi mode speed's level, we all know that.
Although, he isnt leagues behind, he would be able to keep up with them to some extent. He is the fastest after them when it comes to movement speed, Gai is pretty much of the same calibre too.
Although, i dont know why you're bringing Sage Jiraiya here, while he is faster in sage mode, i dont see his speed being rediculous amazing, Itachi wouldnt have problems keeping up with that speed at all.
But when it comes to hands seals and hand movements, Itachi is simply the fastest out there.
Kakashi couldnt follow a damn sign with his Sharingan
Sasuke who was using Tattoos to attempt to keep up with Itachi's basic Shuriken throw couldnt even keep up with him as Itachi was even able to create a clone through all of this
Even Bee couldnt keep up with him and needed Itachi to warn him that he was behind.
Against Kabuto, he was able to read and finish the Water bullet seals before Kabuto when merely using 1hand to do the seals.
Movement speed = A league behind the greatest (KM Naruto, A and Minato)
Hand speed = Fastest ninja so far

Everyone's harping about Minato's speed.Have I missed something?Mianto's only that fast because of Hiraishin no jutsu.Without it,exactly what puts him 'way' above Itachi?Yes,he had incredible speed and reflexes,but people are overrating it,confusing his base speed with Hiraishin no jutsu.
