Itachi's secret technique, etc.

I was at a friends house Saturday, and we had our usual Anime rants like we always do, and of course, Naruto was one of the main discussions lol. Turns out, my friend somehow found out the entire story of Naruto ( by means I didn't ask ) and He was basically telling me about Tobi's true identity, and Madara's true plan, etc ( It was truly amazing stuff to hear lol ) and one thing that he told me was about Itachi's Ultimate Technique.

Itachi basically catches you in Tsukiyomi, and while in Tsukiyomi, he activates Susano'o. Inside his Tsukiyomi, Itachi's Susano'o takes on it's true form, where it can use it's ultimate technique, "Supernova" where He summons a giant meteor ( On a grander scale than Madara's ) and totally decimates his opponent.

The point of me telling this is to know, do you believe it's possible? Of all the things he told me, it all seems pretty possible, including the parts about Tobi and Madara true intentions, power, etc. What about you?

Maybe because it isn't always as easy as "just cutting someone's throat." Thus making it a secret technique. And who says Itachi has little chakra?

Because what your friend told you is a jutsu that happened in a few of the naruto games. Itachi's shown everything he can do or at least everything he can do when it comes to the MS.
