I thought this obvious because it was strongly hinted throughout the manga because of the fact that Orochimaru himself was looking for it his whole life implies that it is wieldable by human or at least some kind of entity. Furthermore, I bet if you was to give Itachi the treasured tools of the Sage such as

then its size would fluctuate in order to accommodate Itachi's Susano.

Similarly if you were to switch it the other way round to GinKin brothers then the Totsuka's gourd size or the Yata Mirror itself would change in order to accommodate Kinkaku or Ginkaku for that matter.

Double posts arent allowed, you should sort that out before a mod comes U_U. At the end of the day they are a sword and shield. I dont want to get into shape manipulation because it gets difficult and hard to estimate. Im however going by what info ive been given my the db and manga and state the size only. Whether its transformation abilities have a limit, i do not know

Change its properties in accordance with the attack. To my knowledge these properties are nature based properties and nothing else. I get what you are trying to say, however that is another thread altogether

If itachi wants naruto to bring back sasuke i dont think he would give him such weapons. However he does love sasuke and would want to protect him therefore its possible that he gave him these weapons, however not the way you think via eye transplant. Wd just have to wait and see, but yes i agree, those weapons being wielded by a perfect susano is op, but also those weapons being wielded by somebody like itachi or sasuke and not their susano would also cause havoc.

alright sounds legit, but i dont see how shape manipulation is a touchy subject considering ninjas do it everyday when their manipulating chakra and changing it own laws into shapes and sizes and etc.

That is a technique which involves the use of chakra. Again that is a different subject, however the only page that support a possible change in the mirros's shape is that we have seen it in a circle shape. Later we saw it in a semi circle shape. A circle and a semi circle are two different shapes, but this could also be argued as a size manipulation because it hasnt reached its intended size to become a circle (if that makes sense)

It says right there that the weapons have no true from..and i'm sure when itachi found them they weren't as big as they are in susanno atm... meaning they change depending on how the user wishes it to be...

Back when Itachi found it, or when the so6p had them(if he did), they were probably the ordinary size of a katana and shield..
