Sorry for my stupidity but a ms user can get a rinnegan user into a genjutsu/tsukuyomi? like itachi for example? can he make pain get into a genjustu, sorry for my english, it's my second language

No effect, the pain's don't feel any sort of pain, tsukuyomi is pretty much useless since its traumatises the person, since ur dead, it's not working, yeah if this is nagato himself then it's probably a different story

im pretty sure nagato knows enough about itatchi to avoid eye contact, plus the rinnegan has unknown powers, we dont know much about it ;-;
