Where does it mention in the manga that Hashi's cells decrease the activation time for KA? I never heard of this, but I know that Hashirama's cells gives the user a big stamina boost and capacity for a non Sharingan user to be able to use Izanagi 10 times with minimal drainage.

Hashi's cells can be used to replace bodies which increases stamina level. Obito never went blind even with repeated spamming of Kamui becuase of his cells. His cells allow Madara to gain the Rinnegan sine he had mixed Ashura and Indra's chakra already. students. Hashirama can heal himself without any seals.
