I've always seen how if itachi were to go near naruto or something Tsunade wwould be like "Get your as outta here Fool then slap him haha" but if itachi went towards here hed be like "Glare" and then he would close his eyes and open them to be slapped :/

Itachi but with some hellish difficulty. We haven't seen much of Tsunade's abilities on the combat field but I believe she is enough to harm or at least pose some difficulty to Itachi, with whatever she may have up her sleeve.

I dont know about the word "hellish" It wouldnt be too hard, considering Danzou is stronger than her, and Danzou feared Itachi, and Danzou has like 10 Sharingans. Yet itachi kept daznou mouth Close
