I'll side with Tobirama. While I don't see how he gets past Susano'o, I don't see how Susano'o lands a hit on him.

- Genjutsu easily maneuvered with his speed and use of shadow clones. Itachi won't risk wasting chakra in such a fight while holding up Susano'o

- Amaterasu? Someone who reacted the Obito in his Juubi form and surprised him with his speed? His sensory skills making it easy to detect the build up as well "I sensed"

Without Susano'o Itachi doesn't stand a chance of facing Tobirama. His reflexes and speed are on another level, Itachi cannot afford to come close or he gets tagged

People are saying that the yata is invincible right?
I guess the yata mirror can not protect itachi's whole susano it is just in the front which give Tobirama a big advantage over itachi and since he's faster than itachi then he can land an attack behind the Susano ( there is no yata behind the susano :elmo then kill itachi like how he did it with izuna......

Yata is invincible as a form of defense. Even tho that's more a hype as there's been other tools given a similar hype of being able to get past anything.

Nevertheless, Tobirama wins this battle. I haven't seen any argument suggesting otherwise.
