There is absolutely no chance for Itachi to win. If Itachi spams Susanoo, he dies and CANNOT hit The Second Hokage. Tobirama can always teleport to dodge Amaterasu EVEN IF HE'S HIT(Minato was hit with Sasuke and Naruto's combination attack when he switched with Obito) If Tobirama has more than one Edo Tensei, he can bombard Susanoo from all sides thus destroying it then kill Itachi in a merciless and quick manner. He is too knowledgeable about Mangekyo techs(he even knows Kagutsuchi) not to know Tsukuyomi and thus avoid Itachi's eyes. Considering that he's a sensor, he will know when a non-eye genjutsu hits him and will break it. He will destroy Uchiha Itachi U_U

Tobirama mid-high diff.
Any genjutsu, Amaterasu or explosive clone feint is sensed and avoided.
Any long range attack is avoided.
Itachi can't hit or put Tobirama under genjutsu. He gets outlasted and dies.

Tobirama's FTG is enough to counter the Susano'o. Adding Amaterasu is suicide, and he can't go near Amaterasu so that he won't burn. He does not have Blaze Release. And finger Genjutsu can be countered with simple Kage Bunshin's.
Some people may not know, but FTG is able to teleport anything you want. So if he touches the Susano'o with even Kage Bunshin - Susano'o is out, while Itachi is still there.
How can I prove it?

He can't teleport Susanoo. Susanoo is not a person and carries the same chakra signature as the user. Therefore it will carry with the user. Being forced out of Susanoo while it's being held down has different mechanics than ftg. Ftg is teleportation theoretically Tobirama will be teleporting both ITachi and his Susanoo.

I don't think it works like that or the original would be teleporting at the same time as the clones in this case since they share the same chakra pattern, which obviously didn't happen when Tobirama/Minato's clones were teleporting
Always that teleporting thing. Even if he manages to teleport Susanoo with the user, it won't harm Itachi. And where does Tobirama gonna teleport Susanoo anyway? How comes Tobirama was killed by the fight against the gold and silver bros? He could have just teleported them away. Because it seems that clears the fight. 
Didn't Tobirama already look into an Uchiha's eyes?
I hope you Tobirama fans know what happens when Tobirama looks into Itachi's eyes.

Teleporting Susano'o is futile as it can be reformed at will and though it may enter the physical realm; it is ethereal and may become so [in entirety or specific portions] to avoid physical contact, making your FTG argument on the Susano'o entirely subjective.
@ Red: The procedure and time involved for the Kanzentai Susano'o [much less the weapons] to surface readily indicates that Itachi didn't use Yata to guard against Kirin.

The bold is where your argument loses all credibility. What does Tobirama know of Itachi's special version of the Tsukuyomi Genjutsu? Also, what evidences are there to say that he has taken such precautions against those wielding the Mangekyou...?

He can sense the genjutsu before it activates, so it's not an option, dear '' didn't he look into an uchiha's eyes '' people.
Sensors can sense when Genjutsu is used? Like Shee sensed it before he was one shotted? Nothing but fanfiction unless a scan is provided. The user doesn't need to focus chakra in his eye to cast Genjutsu, it is the eye itself which exerts hypnotic virtue. Like Itachi doesn't focus chakra in his finger to cast finger Genjutsu or another Genjutsu user who focuses Chakra in a specific part of his body. It differs from Ninjutsu.
