Not enough it know about tobirama, As far as we know he can't counter Itachi's Genjutsu, He can't dodge Itachi's amaterasu, He can't Break Susanoo.

For the moment, I will say Itachi but we need to see much more from Tobirama, especially how well he had mastered Edo Tensei and S/T ninjutsu.

Tobirama has shown one Suitonjutsu and the Genjutsu was use by Hashirama in the Manga. Tobiramas Genjutsu was a mere filler. Besides Itachi can use also water release and is thus able to copy Tobiramas techniques.

Tobirama has shown one Suitonjutsu and the Genjutsu was use by Hashirama in the Manga. Tobiramas Genjutsu was a mere filler. Besides Itachi can use also water release and is thus able to copy Tobiramas techniques.

Even If itachi Copies his Jutsu's, There is no way itachi could use them on the scale that Tobirama could.

I dislike vs threads involving tobirama. we no almost nothing about him. its not really fair to just speculate what his powers would have been like.

oh yeah sure he was a great water user and invented IWR and space time techs, but its not enough to hold up solidly in a proper vs thread

Like others have said, you can't really compare these 2 as we know a lot about one and barely anything about the other, both are my favourite's as well but i'll say itachi for now.

Even If itachi Copies his Jutsu's, There is no way itachi could use them on the scale that Tobirama could.

Who knows? The Sharingan enables you to copy techniques and Itachi would be good enough to copy all of Tobiramas shown techniques perfectly. Anyway Itachis Nin- and Genjutsus are stronger than Tobiramas.

Tobirama can't move as Fast as Minato.

He didn't master edo tensei, Kabuto > Oro > Tobirama in the use of edo tensei.

Being the brother of hashirama means nothing, Look at hiruzens son, He was a weakish Jounin.

I have read somewhere in the manga that the second hokage is the one that invented the Edo tensei technique. I maybe wrong but I believe I heard it somewhere and It was also said he had a technique similar to the fourth hokage when it comes to speed :shrug:

He did create Edo tensei, He just didn't master it (like Minato didn't master the rasengan).

He Has an S/T Jutsu but it's not been said it's on Par with Minato's FTG. All we know is that Tobi's S/T Surpasses it.

but there is nothing mysterious about it? its obvious itachi wins on the fact alone that we know next to nothing about tobirama. its completely one sided
