Someone vs Shisui? We can only judge on hearsay.
And why are people talking about Itachi loosing simply because of Kotoamatsukami? Itachi is a high level Uchiha ninja, im sure he would know how to face one. Especially if its his best friend. And we cant rule out Tsukuyomi (Might not be as powerful but once your hit with it, chances are you will die afterwards) and Amaterasu which are both fast techniques that can end you in 1 go. Both Ninja are going to have a hard time looking into the others eye's. Anyway, we don't know much about Shisui. He was nice, good at body flicker and had best genutsu, thats all we know.

As i said , It depends on who activates ms faster, Shishui would know not to look into the eyes of mangekyou sharingan, It doesn't matter with ka though, IT doesnt require eye contact

Yeh im trying to say it won't be as simple as people are making it out to be. 1 shot with Kotoamatsukami is a possibility but an unlikly one, especially against Itachi. And how do you know Kotoamtsukami doesn't require eye contact? I might have missed it.

That is true I guess, but Danzo got hacked Oro shortening the time taken for Koto to rest. It could have had some other affects. :shrug: Danzo is a hard example to use.

Lol nah the only thing oro helped him with , was senju dna, senju dna then made his izanagi time longer and could make him use ka twice a day

Koto is overpowered then lol. Why don't people put Danzo in their top 10?
Anyway, I seriously doubt Itachi would get 1 shotted by it, especially with knowledge on it. Im sure it has a weakness, since Itachi stated every Jutsu does knowing about Koto.

Lol xD just realizing koto is overpowered? haha, It's why kishi had to put a 10 year nerf on it, and make sure both eyes were removed from the show, Kabuto and tobi were after them like hungry dogs , Lol danzo was pretty powerful, Make a versus thread and he should win just about any battle if k/a isnt restricted

Lol, I never thought about why Danzo was able to do it. Being able to cast such a powerful genjutsu without eye contact is too much. I had Danzo in top 10 and that was when I thought Koto needed eye contact. It kinda explains why it has a 10 year rest though, before I thought that was too much.
