Who do the you think would win out of the 2 Uchiha brothers? This is Sasuke MS and this is Itachi sick but he is going all out for real like Madara said even when Itachi was sick Sasuke would have been still died, but that was before he got MS so basically this is MS Sasuke vs Itachi Sick (For real the intent to kill his younger brother and take his eyes). I go for Sasuke because...

Sasuke Uchiha- Has a lot of speed because if you look at the Sasuke vs Gaara fight in part 1 then you can see he has amazing speed and taijutsu which allows him to cast the chidori. Has the best lightning style safe to say the strongest lightning move I think is Kirin and that would almost kill Itachi un less he is forced to use Susano'o mirror which takes a lot of chakra. Sasuke has summoning, Susano'o of his own and amazingly fast arrows that can only be sucked up by Kakashi MS.

Itachi Uchiha- The Uchiha that killed the whole clan, he has a variety of jutsu he basically has it all Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Dojutsu, and Taijutsu. He has it all and his Susano'o and tsukuyomi are much, much better then Sasuke. Not to mention he can go all out and take Sasuke eyes for real and kill Sasuke. Still, he is sick so it would be an epic battle but I think Itachi would lose.

Who do you think would win? I think either Sasuke or Draw because if Sasuke does die then Itachi dies too because of chakra loss and sickness lol.

itachi niichan couldn't beat sasuke kun in ( sharinghan mode ) so how he can beat him now since he has the EMS xd

sasuke wins wat makes itachi so good is his genjutsu an that will be useless in front of sasuke people will say itachi is to smart any plan he has will be useless in front of sasuke cuz he can not use genjutsu to help him sasuke is not as dum as people think when comparing him to itachi.

Nooo this is Sasuke with MS not EMS read the thread dude, and in sharingan mode Itachi let Sasuke win. This is Itachi Sick though against Sasuke MS so i say sasuke.

What are you talking about??? Itachi could have been killed Sasuke even if he was sick now Itachi for real vs Sasuke MS is a good match.

itachi would **** up sasuke, sasuke in MS doesnt use his speed he just spams susano'o and itachis is much better so sasuke gets a sword up the ass and is trapped forever

Itachi is far wiser than Sasuke especially when it comes to using jutsu. He always has an ace in the hole.

Not to knock Sasuke or anything, but Itachi is better. He beat both Orochimaru and Deidara in like 30 seconds. It took Sasuke like 30 minutes.

And you're right, Itachi is $ick. ^_- He's so cool!

idk . if Sasuke does not have the Totsuka sword or the Yata mirror .

then Itachi hands down . HE is Much more skilled with it than Sasuke

but if he has them , then this will be a tight fight , but Sasuke's stamina will win in the end

Wow this site has gone crazy you know what Sasuke MS could do to a Sick man who is almost on the verge of death himself??? Dude Sasuke would first use 2 fire ball jutsus, then use an amatarsue and then try Kirin by this time Itachi would be countering all his moves but then Kirin he uses Susano'o.

You know Itachi's chakra and Stamina is not enough to keep Susano'o going on. Sasuke we know with the MS has SO much chakra it is unbelievable he fought Raikage, Mei, Gaara, Danzo! That is insane and he still beat Danzo after all that shows how bad ass his brother has become. Sasuke can not only keep Susano'o up much longer but Sasuke can also spam Amatarsu like crazy which Itachi cannot because of his chakra and stamina when he was sick!!! REMEMBER he may not be as good as Itachi in some things but in others such as Amatarsu, Kin-jutsu, and the Lightning style he has surpassed Itachi in the Sick state he was while fighting Sasuke.
