Itachi vs Sasuke W.O sharingans questions ?????

Im just wondered why do people believe Itachi can beat Sasuke without sharingans all throught the manga anime we see Itachi with his sharingans on 99% of the time

we've seen Sasuke fight without sharingan + know his jutsus
Sasuke has justu + speed w.o
Itachi he has fast justu hand seals i guess speed also

so my question is why do people assume itachi is a beast without his sharingan if we never seen him without them on?





p.s. im a Uchiha fan-boy so no flame just want to hear you opinions

genjutsu is the best way to analyse someones weakness.... you dont even know you are under a genjutsu and boom you are finished

i dont see how it analyzing if you know their going to be in your genjustu automatically

I will go with Sasuke. He is agile has strong taijutsu and more chakra than Itachi. Without sharingan genjustsu is a far off thing for both.
