Though Itachi has demonstrated masterful abilities in ninjutsu in the past, Sasuke has surpassed him with his versitility of ninjutsu. Itachi's ninjutsu consists of basic Katon, one suiton and shadow clones (non-kekkei genkai). Then he has Amaterasu and Susanoo (kekkei genkai). Sasuke has chidori varrients, summoning technique and summoning varrients, and katon jutsu (which brings him up to two elements fairly speaking with more then one jutsu for either element). Kirin is is most powerful jutsu and take into account, none of these jutsu are kekkei genkai based. Even when it comes to kekkei genkai ninjutsu, Sasuke trumps Itachi. Sasuke's Amaterasu is superior to Itachi's for the simple fact he can manipulate the flames, and now with EMS he can create Susanoo arrows. What makes Itachi's susanoo superior to Sasuke's even in EMS (for the time being) is the two treasures he has. Other then that Sasuke has more versitility with his ninjutsu skills then Itachi.
Taijutsu: Itachi
Other then statistics (where Itachi is 4.5 and Sasuke is 3.5) Itachi has demonstrated a more then fair amount of taijutsu prower and he even displayed his superiority over Sasuke by beating him in pre-shippuden (he basically pulled down his pants and raped him in front of the mirror making him) and in their shippuden battle (this time Sasuke put up more of a fight).
Genjutsu: Itachi
Itachi's Tsukuyomi was much stronger then Sasuke's. Although it was said that only an Uchiha could break out of it, KB managed to do it with the assistance of the Hachibi. Later Naruto even commented on how looking into Itahci's eyes and falling into Tsukuyomi would end the battle, despite the Hachibi still being there to assist him. Danzo commented on Sasuke's inferiority in genjutsu to Itachi (but he shouldn't talk seeing as his ass was defeated with that inferior genjutsu while he had Izanagi...Get at me Danzoxd).
Weapon skill: Sasuke
Sasuke's been shown more with his abilities in weapons (perticurally kenjutsu). Sasuke managed to keep up with Itachi when they had their shuriken bout so that alone would set them apart as equals, however Sasuke's demonstration with his kenjutsu leaves me to believe he's more advanced then Itachi in this aspect.
Intelligence: Itachi
Sasuke's a F***ing retard lol. I don't feel like going into detail but you should all agree, or at least most of you.
Strength: Draw
Nothing more to really say other then statistics which place them both at the same general level so...
Speed: Itachi
Don't feel like going into it so I'll call on stats.
Reflexes: Itachi
The way Itachi responded to Kirin, and I believe that was faster then A in v1 mode.
Stamina: Sasuke
Itachi=shit stamina, Sasuke=better then Itachi because I don't feel like explaining...stats
Ninjutsu: Itachi sasuke has shown to be masterful in this aspect,as you well gave examples of...on one side we have sasuke who has the numbers on his favor,look at kirin he created,or the chidori variations,or enton...on the other side we have itachi who has less numbers but more quality feats,the fact that he sealed nagato and orochimaru are more storng of an evidence
Taijutsu: Sasuke for this choice i say the skills he showed when fighting naruto at vote refering to the peregrine falcon drop,that was bad ass
Genjutsu: itachi no need to explain
Weapon skill: Itachi here it was a close call because,sasuke on his part has number,while itachi has quality,in sasuke vs deidara that giant shuriken combo was plain sick,or the danzou fight where he did again a shuriken combo to cut danzous arm,for itachi we have the feat of him being able to find the blind spots on the rinnegan summons trough basic weaponry...in my opinion that's the best weaponry skill feat in the entire manga till date hands down
Intelligence: Itachi tough sasuke might sound strange but in a strictly feat wise enviroment,he's shown to be extremely intelligent,look at the deidara fight when he did that shuriken combo+jumping momentum thingy to get to deidara's bird,that was pure brilliant...or when he defused the clay bombs by infusing them with raiton...sasuke really has a lot of numbers on his side..for itachi we have him spotting the flaw in chibaku tensei right away,what i find amazing is that he did it moments away from being obliterated
Strength: Draw no major feats on both sides
Speed: Itachi oh well he's itachi in the end no need to explain here
Reflexes: Draw here is a very close call,indeed the most difficult choice to make because,for sasuke we have him reacting to V2 A by making a wall of enton,on the other we have itachi erecting susano'o before he dissapears with the thunder...so no major differences here
Stamina: Sasuke obvious reasons
Durability: Sasuke he survived the collateral damage from deidara's suicide bomber,not much here,but at least more than what itachi showed
