if you read the title of the thread you would have realized that it isn't a vs match of who can win in a fight or not,it's a feat comparison in wich you take all their feats shown in the manga and evaluate them individually compare them and pick a winner

Though Itachi has demonstrated masterful abilities in ninjutsu in the past, Sasuke has surpassed him with his versitility of ninjutsu. Itachi's ninjutsu consists of basic Katon, one suiton and shadow clones (non-kekkei genkai). Then he has Amaterasu and Susanoo (kekkei genkai). Sasuke has chidori varrients, summoning technique and summoning varrients, and katon jutsu (which brings him up to two elements fairly speaking with more then one jutsu for either element). Kirin is is most powerful jutsu and take into account, none of these jutsu are kekkei genkai based. Even when it comes to kekkei genkai ninjutsu, Sasuke trumps Itachi. Sasuke's Amaterasu is superior to Itachi's for the simple fact he can manipulate the flames, and now with EMS he can create Susanoo arrows. What makes Itachi's susanoo superior to Sasuke's even in EMS (for the time being) is the two treasures he has. Other then that Sasuke has more versitility with his ninjutsu skills then Itachi.

Other then statistics (where Itachi is 4.5 and Sasuke is 3.5) Itachi has demonstrated a more then fair amount of taijutsu prower and he even displayed his superiority over Sasuke by beating him in pre-shippuden (he basically pulled down his pants and raped him in front of the mirror making him) and in their shippuden battle (this time Sasuke put up more of a fight).

Itachi's Tsukuyomi was much stronger then Sasuke's. Although it was said that only an Uchiha could break out of it, KB managed to do it with the assistance of the Hachibi. Later Naruto even commented on how looking into Itahci's eyes and falling into Tsukuyomi would end the battle, despite the Hachibi still being there to assist him. Danzo commented on Sasuke's inferiority in genjutsu to Itachi (but he shouldn't talk seeing as his ass was defeated with that inferior genjutsu while he had Izanagi...Get at me Danzoxd).

Sasuke's been shown more with his abilities in weapons (perticurally kenjutsu). Sasuke managed to keep up with Itachi when they had their shuriken bout so that alone would set them apart as equals, however Sasuke's demonstration with his kenjutsu leaves me to believe he's more advanced then Itachi in this aspect.
