Sasori. Immune to genjutsu,since he is a "doll". Can easily block amaterasu with Iron sand. Is there anything else Itachi can do?.. No. Sasori wins, not even a match.

I believe that Itachi would take it with high difficulty, because Sasori is a bad match-up for him, so if there is a lot of evidence I do not have any problem in correcting my decision about the winner.

Nevertheless, Itachi is a bad matchup for Sasori as well (not as Nagato though ) - with his mastery of Sharingan, Susano´o (how would you break Susano´o with one hundred fodders? Well, you wouldn´t ) and every hit from Itachi is a kill (Amaterasu, Totsuka sword, crushed by Susano´o´s hand).

So, now the only chance I see for Sasori is jumping between bodies and tiring Itachi out, but I don´t believe Itachi would fall for that. Poison is out of question because of Itachi´s fire release.

And one more thing - genjutsu. I would like to hear your opinion about the possibility of Sasori being taken into one, because I´m really indecisive about this one. Still, I think that Itachi takes it with high difficulty.

However, his Amaterasu and Susanoo would finally take Sasori down. It would take some effort for Itachi, though.

Itachi will never get caught by that, he's way too fast for that, and it will not pass susanno... infact susanno can just cut it in half ​
