Orochimaru and itachi never had proper fight the first in counter orochimaru only was trying to kidnap his body why would he try to harm the body he wants so dearly the other in counter it was hydra vs Susanno and it was a tie until tht sword started sealing it. Itachi kept cutting off heads but they kept growing back and the hydra had the Susanno in a vice grip.

If they do oro wouldn't b one shotted by itachi it would b Awsome fight oro has good counters to itachi and any uchia as well
But u also got to take into the fact tht itachi has bad stamina and chakra reserves
Itachi would win 5.5/10
But oro has chances of winning 4.5/10

U can't lock more then one person with tsyukiomi at one time there would b three
Also u in this senioro u have 2 other ppl to deal with and one of the other two can wake up witch ever gets tyukiomied like onooki did with A all u need is physical contact with another person to break out of genjutsu

Also how much chakra and stamina u think itachi has cuz both things r ****ty and tsyukiomi is not only taxing on the eyes but on both chakra and stamina as well

It depends on whether or not Edo Tobirama/Hashirama are completely bound to Orochimaru's will.

If Edo Hashirama isn't completely bound to Orochimaru's will, then Itachi gets stomped.

If Edo Tobirama isn't completely bound to Orochimaru's will, he reverses Edo Tensei and stomps Orochimaru + Edo Hashirama (remember that this Hashirama is completely bound to Orochimaru's will, and thus can only do what Orochimaru knew of, AKA whatever he displayed during Part 1). Itachi would laugh at Orochimaru's Edo turning against him.
