Which of these 3 do you think have the best chance of defeating itachi 1 v 1?
I say oro cause tsuande is the weakest of the sannin and her speed is average and jirayai has been noted to not be the best genjutsu user and once you cross itachi your pretty much in a genjutsu.BTW none of the sannin can defeat itachi.

to answer your question, the one with the best chance is Orochimaru

Oro may be stronger than Jiraya, but Jiraya has better chances against Itachi due to his SM abilities, summons, and of course fire abilities, which matches Itachis. However, winning would depend on many factors, but Itachi is certainly stronger.
