dude i don't get why everybody cares so much about votes half the ppl vote nagato or itachi for no reason whatsoever. It really doesn't prove anything.

Nagato's chou shinra tensei = should be stronger than the one that detroyed konoha, since it was stated by naruto that nagatos techniques are far stronger and faster than when e is using reanimated corpses. itachis genjutsu range is 5 metres. nagato just has to keep the distance which shouldn't be hard for him with his shinra tensei , there is no way i can see itachi countering a justu that dispels jutsus, nagato with shinra tensei alone should take this fight. Let alone his other techniques.

well u kno he can put him in genjutsu just by eye contact right unless nagato is starting off the fight from the air he would be affected by Itachi's genjutsu

Plain and simple nagato has a Justus called the six paths of pain where he can summon six body's each with special abilities and shared vision with each other and nagato. So six Ninja are attacking itachi at one time so tysyomi will not work so stop with that.
And the six paths of pain can all be revived so if itachi kills one with ameratsu which itachi can do the others will attack while that one gets revived and itachi can not use that move that much cause it is so bad ass but it takes a lot out of him . And susano yes he has yata mirror and the sword o e of the best combos ever but still not unbeatable he has a weakness like everything else and if it can't get absorbed by pain witch is highlyhighly likely then chubak tensei or almighty push would do the trick I mean how many attacks can destroy ENTIRE VILLAGES none except tailed beast blast witch are the strongest attcks in naruto so pain knows 2 of the most powerful attacks in naruto so if some one can do it it is pain. So all in all itachi is super bad ass but nagato is better and just as bad ass

O ya and in the begging the votes were relly one sided in favor of nagato and then I get on the next day and it's tied it did not seem legit to me but I don't know

yea man some ppl are crazy for itachi to win, but seriously when u started this thread itachi had a lead then nagato took by storm i think both sides keep trying to do this. But the votes don't matter the good arguments and evidence do.

That is no good this means nothing. Itachi is a genius but nagato is not dumb by any means. So to say itachi is smart and would pull it off you are not convincing me and did not prove any one of my points wrong you didn't even read part of my post cause you say they are basically dead but they can be fully revived so please just accept that nagato is better then itachi please please just look at the facts in my post and understand the truth

True enough, but think about it, Naruto started a conversation with Deva path, destroyed it, and finished his conversation with Nagato, this means that when Jiraiya used his jutsu, Nagato heard it as well, yet only the bodies who physically heard the song ended up in the Genjutsu. Concrete evidence that you must snare Nagato in a genjutsu for him to truly be under a genjutsu in my book.

Ok one more time. We all seen three of six paths get caught in a genjustu and none of the others were effected and yes it was a senjutsu a sound based move but if you don't think the paths can hear what the others do then that is bad Logic. Even besides that there is no way a genjustu no matter how its delivered to one path would affect them all they are basically puppets
