Itachi is stronger than Pain, that he is. If he's stronger then Nagato... THat's unsure.

i would say pain is stronger then nagato because nagato lakz the ability to move and thats the thing that will kill him and its multiple enemies and most of you guys say nagato lost because it was 3v1 if it was pain it would 6v1

i think genjutsu dose have an effect against nagato look at the battle between jiraya and pain he killed at least 5 with just genjutsu

hardly likly to happen this thread was probably made right after chapter 551 everyone will forget about it after the next major battle

it wasnt an ocular jutsu though and that one only effected a couple not the main pain body

if that's the case then Tsukuyomi can destroy any path. And keep in mind that tsukuyomi doesn't have to last 72 hours it can be much shorter thereby decreasing amount of chakra required to use it. Tsukuyomi is the highest level genjutsu so Pain can't defend against it

6 path Pain is considerably weaker since Naruto could take them down with a simple rasenshuriken or frog kata. Itachi is a taijutsu master and has yasaka magatama (which is more than likely = to rasenshuriken and TBB in strength).

The summons are useless against Itachi since he can easily blind them with his kunai like he did last chapter. Then all he has to do is Amaterasu or Totsuka seal them when they can't see or defend from an attack. Also Itachi's Sharingan can predict movement so the summons would never reach him since Itachi's reflexes are too great.
Also Itachi can use his MS to take control of the summons and make them attack Pain (like Sasuke with Manda)

I'm pretty sure Itachi can make any command with koto amatsukami, he specifically made the "protect konoha" message for Sasuke and programmed Shisui's eye to work against his own eyes.

Also Planet dev's attacks would be considerably weaker when using Pain so it'll be much easier to destroy that black ball.

you forgot the parts where he captured sage naruto two times and the the 9 tails after destroying konoha
No he put the message protect konoha into into it so your trying to use someone else technique to say itachi would win.
Did you see the 9 tails get captured by that chibaku tensei its stronger faster then itachi and it still got scooped up and captured

First things first, a path is weaker than Nagato but with all 6 they can beat Itachi better and let me tell you why, yes Itachi has a very powerful jutsu but he can shinra tensei that back, or keep the absorbing path with him and absorb the attack and even absorb amatarasu. Yes Itachi wud take care of the summonings by sealing or amatarasu which take him soooo much chakra and then plus he just tried to hit Nagato with yasaka as u said and yasaka got absorbed so Itachi is low on chakra, Pain can also fly and get a lot of distance from Sasoonoo, only 1 thing Itachi can do now is genjutsu and that wud kill just 1 path, by this time Itachi is almost out of everything and then soon sasoonoo runs out or pain uses planet dev and kills him. Agreed? And even if Itachi managed to kill 2 or 3 paths they can be revived.

Thats just one path! And that puts a lot of strain on Itachi, and Pain can bring that path back.

he cant spam MS attacks like that he has low stamania and would be suffering from fatigue we have only ever seen a healthy itachi use 3 tsyukamis before running out of chakra so by your way he would lose all his chakra and then just die

itachi taijutsu is not a taijutsu master where in naruto does it state this lol

yaska magatam is not as strong as rasenshuriken cuz it breaks down chakra cells yaska does not do all this its is as strong or weaker then sasuke susono arrow

man like your whole post is your own opioions like for real i dont even feeeel like correcting all your errors but i will continue the summons arent useless seeing as how itachi needed them to get close to an immobilized nagato and when he uses black flames he is standing still and nagato is fast ebough to run up on him and suck his soul the riningan eys can predict movement faster then one pair of eyes its 12 or more and they kept up with naruto six tails


and no it wouldnt be considerably weaker if it was pain its the same tech regardless cuz not even nine tails naruto could break out of it
