I'm not gonna quote with battle type situations because they of all post prove the least amount of info, there are too many variables for one to say how things could or would go in a fight, and plus you forget that Susanoo takes him time to activate and is actually Harmful to Itachi, even if he sealed one pain, he's still going blind from his own techs, and Itachi is fast, but it's not like he's so blazing fast he's untouchable, if he dodged something by jumping in the air, one good Shinra tensei before he can hit the ground and let out Susanoo, and he'd be dead

i never said he was blazing fast, and i agree there are too many x-factors in this match up but if itachi gets tendo pain i think he has a good chance to win. And he is healthy in this scenario so he won't go blind that soon. susano(1st stage is instant) it can block a shinra cos remember sasuke used kirin and he instantly blocked it.

yes it could have binded their minds but jiraya had no idea about the other ppl and i don't think nagato would just appear in the cube. I just feel like when he said "you got me" he meant it about himself and the fact that nothing happened until he released the jutsu makes me believe that they too were affected but that is my thought on it we can't prove either way, we may see more in the manga about this jutsu so lets wait.

2.the genjutsu j-man used on pain only hit 3

and not even the main body

Another thing is it doesn't matter whether or not Jiraiya was aware, ma and pa frog cast the Genjutsu, and Nagato heard and was unaffected, so I stick by the fact that you must catch Nagato in a Genjutsu to actually catch Nagato in a Genjutsu

nope his paths are obviously not immune to all types but we have seen his normal genjutsu on sasuke who broke it with his low form sharringan it just doesnt make sense that tendo couldnt break it like he did you be itachi ill be pain 1 move at a time ill proof how many ways he would lose the fact is its 6v1 agsainst an oppenent with low stamnia

sasuke is an uchiha and is related to itachi he can break out of genjutsu easier(itachi says that in the manga), that does not mean tendo just breaks out of it.
