Itachi DOES have a Sharingan, which can easily detect Nagato's chakra. And kill the real Nagato, or Use a CLone to go to the Real nagato. But the best thing to do is Seal the bodies or Amaterasu the bodies until it disenegrates completly. (Cant revive something thats disenegrated completly) And that ninjutsu asorbing body wont be able to absorb Amaterasu since it's just gonna appear onto him in a second, burining his hands and everything.

Even the real Nagato wasent fast enough to defend from Amaterasu, thats why itachi burned his hands and everything before he got a chance to do anything. , BUT KAbuto Regenerated him, and then he used Shinra Tensei to get the flames off him. So of course pain would be much slower than Nagato.
So basically Itachi already killed nagato, its just that kabuto regenerated his hands so that he can use Shinra Tensei.
So itachi already beat nagato twice. If that wasent an edo tensei, nagato wouldve died

No you see maybe Pain wud use shinra tensei before amatarasu, and if he cant it dont matter because he still wudnt die because Pain cant feel pain lol so he wud get the flames off and if he does die thats still 1 path who cud be revived.
so u gave up genjutsu right? nagato can basically fight while not even looking at him(while looking at him lol). what does detecting chakra do? and u simply say ?kill? like his other bodies with linked vision will let him. and the black flames burn slow so he can pull the body in king of hell and revive it while the others are all fighting itachi. plus nagato can sense the pressure b4 amaterasu is used so he will find another solution such as shinra tensei it off or even use double chibaku tensei 2 suck the flames and itachi with it crushing and burning him 2 death instantly.

ps.burning his hands still leave him with plenty of jutsu.(rinnegan powers paths)(extra 6 bodies)
Naruto was able to keep up with all of the bodies and itachi has to be just as fast as
sage naruto or even faster since he kept up with bee and kyuubi naruto. So why didnt nagatos bodies stop naruto from going after the real nagato. Naruto couldve went there to kill him.

So of course itachi can make it there if he disable the bodies long enough to get to the real pain. Or Run with Susano'o towards the real nagato. Or use crows to vanish where the crows is at(Like he used when he fought sasuke)

nice thread. I'd like to say a draw (because both guys are super awesome) but seeing what Itachi can do at full health It would be outrageous to say Pain/Nagato would win. As Kabuto said; Itachi was able to kind Pain's blind spot so quickly it indicates that Itachi can analyze and counter any jutsu. Being able to do this and have his Susanoo to seal anything it cuts with the orb. Itachi is apart of my top 5 ranked strongest Shinobi of all time. along with (Minato, Sage of Six Paths, Senju Hashirama, Sarutobi Hiruzen and Jiraya) i.e not in random order

itachi only needs 1sec 4 each path since 1sec in d real world is 72hours in Tsukuyomi so ur theory won't work.

it is useless 2 torture a dead body. i already said the real nagato doesnt even have 2 look at itachi and fight cuz of linked vision. plus the dead bodes can be revived by him and his other body.

Thats 7 vs 1. Nagato cannot use jutsu since all of his chakra is distributed into his bodies, so nagato would just be a sitting duck, but if he CAN, then itachi is dead.
And to use Chibaku tensei, he has to deactivate ALL his other bodies except for 1, and that 1 body has to be extremely close to the "real" nagato, (thats why he ran from naruto to that tree where the "Real nagato was"
And if he take away the Other Bodies, leaveing only 1, Then that would give itachi a HUGE advantage. Then he will just seal him or use Genjutsu, or anyother techs or ninjutsu. So itachi wouldnt let that chance go to waste he would most definatly finish it off if nagato take away his other bodies leaving only 1. Cuz he has to use 1 in order to use Chibaku tensei and be real close and that techniuqe has a long start up. He has to make that ball of chakra, then let it gently float in the air then, he brings up rocks little by little. He would be sealed within that Time
