Itachi vs. Pain [new conditions]

Itachi vs Pain, Pain is not allowed to use Chibaku Tensei and Gedo Mazo. Itachi is healthy, Nagatos health is like against Jiraiya, Konoha and Naruto. He uses his six paths of Pain except Chibaku Tensei.

So would Itachi be able to defeat Pain with these conditions?

yeah we all know that Pain is superior to itachi, so we have to make new conditions so itachi can keep up with Pain.

Depends would itachis chakra enable to him keep up with pain

Amateseru can be nullified with shinra tensei and the paths can be resseructed give itachi unlimited chakra and restrict deva then he would imo
