Itachi VS Orochimaru with Sasukes Sharingan

Ok lets say Orochimaru beat Sasuke and got his body and with it the ability to use the Sharingan like Sasuke does.....

He then goes to fight Itachi who has the illness he has when he fights Sasuke. Could Orochimaru win? How would he beat Susano? Would he be able to unlock Mangekyo Sharingan too?

He will think differently ( maybe in a better way ) , but IMO Itachi will fight seriously since he will feel that the one fighting him isn't really Sasuke, so yeah Itachi will rape Oro ( cause he took his brothers body/ KILLED SASUKE ). Also knowing how much Itachi loved Sasuke he will get angry, and then DESTROY Oro .

Honestly every part of my body wants to say Orochimaru would win, but Sword of Totsuka is too beast mode, I honestly don't think Oro is fast enough to dodge it even predicting Itachi's movements (though this battle would be one hell of a genjutsu war... Oro having the eye he needs to perfect all his techniques we haven't been able to see him use.)

On the same hand, Itachi never went ham on anyone, and I'm sure just to kill Sasuke's murderer he will spam MS and go blind, and then take Sasuke's eyes back and become SO6P.

Um... Oro probably knows more about Sharingan than Itachi does... Does Itachi know about Izanagi? Has Itachi ever touched Senju DNA? No, but Oro has, and created Danzo's arm and if Danzo could use Izanagi, so could Oro. That is knowledge by association and one hax jutsu like Izanagi is all you need, you have to remember Oro is insanely strong.

Does anyone think Orochimaru would be able to unlock the MS? Kakashi did it and Orochimaru would be using a Sharingan through Sasuke's body so he would be able to turn it off unlike Kakashi.

Orochimaru also helped Danzo with his arm so he knows a hell of a lot about the Sharingan. How would be beat Itachis susano with the mirror though?

Interesting. I'd still give it to Itachi, though he would be forced to go all out and would be totally exhaustet at the end of the battle. Close victory for Itachi.

That crazy bastard might even unlock the Mangekyou Sharingan by doing various experiments, who knows.
