I think he would have won even without Biju Mode
He can far outlast Susanoo and the Yata Mirror and Easily outrun Totsuka Sword and Amaterasu
Itachi's only hope is Genjutsu and that can be broken by Kurama
So Naruto only really needs Kurama's cooperation on that :|

guys, itachis genjutsu only last a second in real time, so by the time naruto would collapse in his subconscious, itachi would have had him under his genjutsu for over 100 years. HOWEVER IM NOT SAYING ITACHI WOULD WIN . i honestly dont know who would win. just wanted to point out the fact that u guys are making light of itachi, when hes known for being the only guy who can control somebody with his genjutsu without even being close to them.

Tsukiyomi can only be used when Naruto is close.
Naruto isn't getting hit by Amaterasu, that sword or anything with his speed. All Naruto gotta do is send in SM clones to fight Itachi till he runs out of chakra and dies. Itachi gonna have an annoying time blocking those giant Rasengans.

itachi's incredibly strong, but honestly if he can beat naruto now I don't see who could lose to itachi... I think naruto could take down itachi with SM and KM. now it's hard to argue he naruto could lose. yea itachi has incredible genjutsu, but honestly if current naruto can't handle that, idk if anybody would be able to fight itachi. itachi is very good, but he is not god.
