Im leanin towards Itachi cuz he wouldnt hesitate to use MS since he knows he is up against a Kage level ninja who is capable of using Jinton. So, Whenever Muu shows up Itachi could protect himself with Susanoo and 1 shot with Amaterasu. Itachi seeing Muu with the sharingan is debatable, but I dont think so. But since Muu has to show up to attack, Itachi will get him since he can 1shot with Ama. If Muu tries to go all sneak attack, Itachi showed the reflexes to use Susanoo as fast as the speed of light, so Muu wouldnt get through Itachis defense while Itachi just has to look at him to finish it.

Hmmm, I'd give it to Itachi high difficulty if he's healthy. But if he's sick like when he faced Sasuke I could actually see Muu winning this.

itachi can plan a tsyuokami with susanno , amaterasu and yasaka magatama being background attacks leading him to genjutsu... but it will be extremely difficult with jinton all around.

Dust release damaging a full susano is very possible. Destroying it, i dont think so. One with the yata mirror, off course not. Anyway as weve seen ems madara beat prime Oonoki. We have seen that ems madara has susano and prime Onoki with dust release came out the loser.

What is annoying with mu is not his ability to fly, but his invisibility where he could nearly suppress all his chakra. Whether the sharigan can see him, who knows. Anyway when uses this technique whilst on the ground he leaves footprints therefore his technique isnt very useful on the ground;

Its in the air that makes it annoying.
What i will say is that dust release is not only slow to materialise, it also leaves mu vulnerable because he has to stay stationary to attack but also visible. If he does attack, visible and in the process of forming dust release, amaterasu would get him before he forms dust release. If he does split to evade amaterasu, thats the match over;
