im going to go with itachi on this one because no matter how much minato goes teleporting like a *****, i dont see him getting out of genjutsu or have enough raw power to beat sasan'o (spelling)

i think minato would win this, we don't kno how he is with genjutsu but otherwise he would win IMO, tsukiyomi is good but idk if it would catch minato he is would teleport the second itachi tries it but if he catches him its done. I want to see more of minato but i think he would win from with his FTG and sealing jutsus.

Minato touches itachi(places seal on him) minato wins. There's nothing itachi can do if that happens. Or he could just use FTG level two and shove a rasengan right up itachi's ass
