Itachi wins, minato isnt all that strong just becasue of ftg.
but susanoo bets the hell crap out of him.

itachi is a badass but ntn he can do can stop minato.

Itachis genjutsu is very good counter to Minatos abilities. Itachi would win in my opinion.

This is scenario where Itachi wins.
1. Minato and Itachi meet each other.
2. Minato dont looks into Itachis eyes, but looks at the rest of his body including his hands. Minato throws his kunais.
3. Itachi traps Minato in his finger genjutsu - simple gesture is enough. Minato dont know that, becuase thats how Itachis gen works - one dont know that hes trapped in it until weird shit starts to happen.
4. Minato fights fake Itachi and hits him with Rasengan. He thinks that the battle is over and suddenly he feels strong pain in his back. Itachi that was defeated seconds ago turns into bunch of crows, Minato tursn around and... surprise! There is Itachi holding kunai in his hand.

Minato is capable of fighting all the mangekyo techniques. He'd know not to look into itachi's eyes, is fast enough to respond to amaterasu and dodge the susanoo sword. At that point he could dodge susanoo long enough to outlast it. Bit what gets him is how does minato get around itachi's genjutsu that dont require eye contact? If itachi gets him in that, even if minato is capable of breaking out, itll be too late. Itachj would use it to make an opening and then minato is done.

it can go either way itachi's genjutsu with susano as a shield can get him or minato's ftg might get itachi when from susano's weakpoint(remember every jutsu has a weakness)

You know what needs to go down here. They need to make a special addition of Deadliest Warrior for these two characters. Mintao vs. Itachi. Based on the shyt we've seen from both characters they'll uses hella technology and shyt to figure this one out (I love how they do the whole 1000 battle scineriors and then decide). That way this discussion can be put to rest...until Kishi says otherwise then they would've wasted mad money just to figure this shyt out when Kishi just says "You know what? no I don't like that so Imma change it" that would get them pissedxdxd
