After reading Chapter 551 itachi with his full power kind feels overpowered and make me think if he fought minato he might win as itachi said "Every technique has a weakness " i think itachi might find out FTG techs weakness as he is smarter than anyone and might win ....i dont think minato can hit itachi through his susano what u guys think

Raikage, Who has brain the size of a peanut, found his weakness ... I don't think He would be smart ...

and We havn't seen the full Jutsus of Minato, or even what he is capable of ... But so far ... He is a beast ,,,

Teleporting a full size kyuubi with Ying Chakra that is making a TBB out of village ...

We can't compare unless we know what he FULLY capable of ...

But We have seen Itachi's full jutsus list ...

and he is quite a formiddible opponent

guyes lets not be fanboy just think how this works itachi is not guy to get one shot killl

let me give one example kakashi with sharigan ok he cant even able to see itachi forming seals thats how fast he is

on the other hand sasuke can see raikage with his ultimate speed and even dodged his attack so i think its just sec he can activate susano and then all minato jutsu are useless

second this is minato is not a hero in my opinion bcs he died for sealing 9 tail but itachi sealed both oro and nagato top characters in naruto without even a scratch so i think itachis jutsu are ultimate

Till now i go for itachi
he can face minato.
Only speed will be in itachi's disadvantage.
For the rest is itachi menthal verry strong.

I'm gonna go minato, although would be incredibly close i reckon. Mainly for the fact that of what we have seen of Minato so far would give Itachi a good fight, there are alot of things we still don't know about Minato though. They are both over powered though which would explain the reason they are both dead really.

I know minato is a splendid ninja.

for all the people that say minato cant pierce through itachis susanoo maybe rite but minato is not that stupid to keep attking what u cant break he would just kill time and w8 for itachi 2 die cuz of low chakra or attk itachi with FTG lvl 2 or higher when he takes off susanoo

i say minato and to all who say itachi is smart but i am not saying he is not but minato is smart too and we dont know all of minato jutsu so we cant really say itachi will win and by what is heard of minato's abilities i say he win

Minato's only disadvantage against Itachi would be genjutsu (we haven't seen him face a genjutsu so far so we don't know what he is capable of in that situation) And for Itachi it would be Minato's speed.
I go with Minato because: His speed allows him to dodge Amaterasu and Susanoo attacks... and i guess if you're faster than your opponent can follow, how can he trap you in a genjutsu? Also about Susanoo, we have seen it deflect attacks coming from outside, but what about those from within?... Minato could put a seal on the ground and then lure Itachi there, and teleport inside susanoo right next to hm.
It would be a very interesting fight to see, and a really close one as well... one little mistake on each others side and they're done for.
