If a healthy and not almost blind Itachi where to square off against Minato, who do you guys think would win? please try to put as much explanation as possible in your responses.

I honestly don't know they are both extremely powerful, i guess it all depends on whether or not Itachi can get Minato in a Genjutsu or if Minato can peirce through Susano'O

itachi would win cause seeing his abilities, its just stronger than minatos. ftg seal and rasengan isnt everything and im not a itachi fanboii, i dont go around saying he could beat everybody and i dont see anyway for minato to escape itachis genjutsus and if killer bee wasnt there in the fight with minato and a i think a plan would of worked and if he could figure a plan out why not itachi. its not that hard to stop minatos kunai.

That plan would of only been in A's favour coz of his speed, Itachi is no where near the speed of Raikage.

Minato can simply think that his fighting real Itachi while being affected by genjutsu. Even standard Itachis genjutsu is very dangerous becuase one simply dont realise that hes trapped in it until weird shit starts to happen. Itachi can simply use this fact to his favour.

Minato wasnt a god. He was just extremely skilled shinobi, but so was Itachi. If you think that Minato would be able to defeat Itachi in one move then you are overstating Minato, or uderstaminating Itachi. Considering Itachis genjutsu skills, he has quite a fair chance to defeat Minato.

Please, read manga again. Itachi never said such words in manga, only in anime. Simply, it dont counts. Moreover, Itachi was loyal to Konoha, killing the strongest shinobi his village had at the moment was surely one of things Itachi didnt want to do. Even Kisame was surprised when Itachi ordered him to retreat, becuase he excacly knew how strong Itachi was.
Itachi > Jiraiya, thats how it is. Skills he displayed in manga are just superior to that of Jiraiya.
