Raikage already moves at near lightning speed and Minato had time to react.

That and FTG is faster than lightning.

I was referring to his foot speed. Its obvious that FTG is faster than lightning.

I don't know what you are getting at with the comparison, cause Zetsu already said that Kirin moves as fast as regular lightning as it is real lightning.

Becuase Minato can throw a kunai and use Hiraishin faster than Itachi can use Susano'o.

Susano'o is sourced from Itachi's body, so it just springs up again if chakra is warped.

But seeing as Minato has no knowledge of Itachi, he'll be in Tsukuyomi long before that.

Itachi doesn't have Kotoamatsukami, it was inside Naruto the whole time and rigged to react to Itachi's eyes.

Anyways, Itachi doesnt need KA to fodderize Minato.

Minato in KCM can probably get free of Tsukuyomi, seeing what Killer Bee could do with Hachibi.

No he cant, naruto in KCM was worried of getting caught in genjutsu. This is because he didnt have a bijuu to break him free.

So not only can minato not break genjutsu, but tsukuyomi is a 1-shot jutsu that merely requires eye contact. combine that in a combo with ephemeral & Itachi takes this almost instantly.
