Apparently this is still a debate so...

Conditions: Itachi is Edo, Minato is Edo. A Sealing Squad is at ready to seal whoever loses

Since it's full intel, it goes down to who has a faster draw. And Minato has speed on his side even in body flicker.

Once Itachi puts up Susano'O all of Minato's attacks become null

Base Minato is already one of the fastest ninja, leaving even hokages in the dust. With his unmatched reflexive speed and Hiraishin, Itachi won't be able to keep up. Itachi can't use Susanoo for long, so he would be killed sooner or later since he has absolute no way to hit Minato. All his attacks could even be redirected at him with S/T barrier and thus Itachi would be killed in this case by his own attacks. Genjutsu has always been the main issue in arguments between these 2, but since i don't believe Itachi could keep up enough to put Minato in a genjutsu, i see base Minato winning. With KCM, he should even have much more power and speed, making this match a stomp

Changes nothing. Edos have the same max chakra capacity they had when they were alive. Only difference is that the chakra regenerate faster than when they were alive. So after sometime keeping up Susanoo won't be possible even if he wanted since the chakra continuously would be running out until some point where the chakra would regenerate

Edo Tensei has nothing to do with their Chakra pools. Its their Knead/Release capabilities that stay the same. Here's an excert from one of my threads

Limitations

Edo Tensei Chakra:

When Madara was Freed from the Edo Tensei Covenant he Stated that Edo Tensei's have and Infinte Amount of Chakra. People have Taken this to mean that And Shinobi Resurected With Edo Tensei can Spam Jutsu's and make them much more powerful that they normally would.

This is False, While The Edo Tensei Bodies do have an unlimited amount of Resouces from which to make chakra they cannot Knead or release more chakra than there body could before resurection (or however much their body could in the state it was ressurected in.

I Base this on The Fact that Muu was incapable of Using Jinton after being split.
After Being Split the amount of chakra he could release/Knead was effectivly cut in half.

Further Proof on the fact that only a certain amount of chakra can be kneaded/Released by any certain person is proven by Naruto's Learning of the Rasengan. He had to Train his Chakra Ciculatory System to Knead more chakra and Also be able to release and sustain more chakra (the Second Step of the Training is an excellent example)

So In conclusion, Yes Edo Tensei Bodies have the Resouces to Continously Make Chakra, Yet the ninja Cannot Knead/Release more chakra than when they could in their life.
