He'll probably only do it once.....but that's all he really needs right. The raikage and bee got a first hand lesson in that one....so it wouldn't be over as quickly as you think...

How can teleporting not have an advantage?
Personally I think Itachi also has a higher chance of winning than Minato does, but saying FTG would be useless is kind of dumb. Even A figured out FTG, it didn't help him at all.
Regardless of if you know how it works, he can still use it.

Not true. This has been proven false, sharingan can't track everything, nor can it track teleporting because that isn't movement at all. Bad logic, acceptable outcome.
Even if you come to a good answer, you came to it by illogical means and in a way that makes you wrong.
I am a big Itachi fan and think he would win this, but so many people are discounting Minato's abilities and coming to the conclusion of Itachi winning through bad logic.

Sometimes you get to witness the start of fire. It is almost beautiful in its ignorance and simplicity.
I really don't want to get into this with you but suffice to say that your A>B>C logic is terrible and false. Also your order is all wrong.
Everyone with a brain admits that Jiraiya would lose to Itachi. Secondly how is Jiraiya greater than Minato? Jiraiya has said multiple times that Minato is better than him, and he would know seeing as he trained him and then Minato sort of trained him by teaching him jutsus.
This thread has so far been filled with the most insane posts and illogical things ever. Please someone make a valid argument.
Say something like Itachi starts every battle with genjutsu and if Minato has no counter ready, then he will lose.
Saying something like the sharingan can track FTG is stupid. It isn't movement, it is effing teleporting. Minato isn't moving at really fast speeds, he is in one place, and then is in a different place. No movement to be tracked. Please people think.
Itachi would win via genjutsu, but if he didn't use genjutsu Minato would win because Itachi's other attacks are too chakra consuming and Minato is too fast and can teleport. But that doesn't matter because Itachi starts every battle with genjutsu and possibly has a chance to end it right there. (POSSIBLY, depending on how Minato reacts)

Sasuke couldn't keep up with A, what do you expect from Minato?
I say minato wins, he's too fast and he can keep his distance till itachi spams out his MS

Well you have to think about how Itachi starts off every battle. He uses a genjutsu. If Itachi were deadly serious, it would be a genjutsu to make Minato stall for a little bit and then either Amaterasu or Totsuka sword to finish him.
But the only way I see Itachi winning is if he gets Minato in a genjutsu. Otherwise Minato can outrun all of his attacks and outlast him.

Sorry to say, but Minato would win...the sharingan is a GREAT tool as Tobi/Madara said to Danzo. Even a weak genjutsu is great depends on how it's used. I'll admit, the sharigan is great when tracking physical body movement....BUT....the FTG is a seal placement teleport...Killerbee or the Raikage didn't even noticed they had one on him til it was too late. Itachi's MS last about what...all but 5 minutes. All Minato has to do is get Itachi in a small taijutsu match and he'll probably have 3-5 seals placed on him...Just saying...I love the Uchiha's but that's bad juju underestimating the 4th...
