thats a very bad comparison dude,bee noticed minato being tagged so he predicted he will appear behind him,unless you trying to say itachi is faster than ftg,i was'nt comparing itachi's shuunshin with ftg dude,though itachi was fighting bee and KCM naruto,and a sick itachi was blitzing hebi sasuke

Nah its the fact yamato and bee compared kcm Naruto's shunshin to minatos own, while still stating its not of the same calibre, it was kisame who got blitzed who was shocked at the speed

Not only did he say it was his top speed, you can see his hair fizzing up like it always does in v2. V1 hair does not change its shape ever. Only his head band is what is keeping the rest of his hair down.
Then you post a scan of minato walking away with his back turned, not even remotely interested. What point are you trying to make here?

Kisame being shocked means 0 add the fact that, That is a shunshin which means nothing when im talking about raw foot speed - example KCM naruto's foot speed is no greater than Itachi's yet his shunshin shits all over Itachi's.
I bet he was considering he was standing up in that while he was moving inside shark skin terrible comparison.
All of those are shunshin feats so irrelevant. Him leaving all the kage behind is not impressive since he has kunai set up all around the world try again son.
