If it's Double Edo than Itachi would win only because he's the only one known to have any kind of sealing power/jutsu. However if it's not Edo and their both alive, Madara would most likely within a few seconds. Seeing as Madara has Susanoo just like Itachi, I'm sure he's also aware of a weakness too it (Possibly).

Anyway going by facts, Yata' mirror is impenetrable and we already saw Itachi sealing a rinnegan user via the Totsuka Blade.

lets just wait and see. look at madara being cocky that he thinks he's the strongest and thinks no one had surpassed hashirama. if it wasnt for that dna and kabuto's experiment he is a DOUBLE DEAD ninja as of now :rofl:
