If it's Double Edo than Itachi would win only because he's the only one known to have any kind of sealing power/jutsu. However if it's not Edo and their both alive, Madara would most likely within a few seconds. Seeing as Madara has Susanoo just like Itachi, I'm sure he's also aware of a weakness too it (Possibly).

How ridiculous is this discussion? Even with EMS only Madara would be stronger than Itachi. He possesses a stronger Sharingan, the Rinnegan and Mokuton. Itachi don't have any chance.
