he can fire it in two directions as seen when he did it on pains summons.

but madara s/t and kakashi kamui have something in common isn't it ? and im sure that itachi have seen madara using his s/t jutsu, and also kakashi will have to focus to his opponet when using kamui and that's mean he have to look itachi and we all know even with a finger itachi can cast genjutsu that's how itachi will stop kamui

nah im not saying about tsukoyomi but itachi other genjutsu, and also im not saying that it make itachi know about kakashi kamui but when kakashi use it itachi will know what kind of jutsu is that

I think that it's possible for Itachi to win. Itachi knows Kisame's moves inside and out since he was his partner, so he'd be able to take him down quickly (knowing his weakness) and with Itachi healthy his body wouldn't be too weak to use the susanoo and have it fade in and out. Kakashi has no answer for Itachi's Susanoo which is why Sasuke gave him a good run for his money (after Sasuke killed Danzo).

it takes a mili second to activate it and once its cast kisame and kakashi are screwed

It doesn't take a millisecond to activate, Christ reread the manga, it takes a few seconds to activate but when activated it can ignite anything in its eyesight.

amaterasu for kisame and tsukiyomi for kakashi or even regular genjutsu and he is pretty much done. amaterasu burns samehada and he can even aim it on kisame so he could get him with that. he would win with mid difficulty

kisame can drown itachi even inside susanoo, using that big dome of water.. you think yata mirror can "block" that?! duh! lol

I also think kamui can make susanoo and itachi disapear in thin air.

since kakashi knows very well itachi , genjutsu won't works anymore and he proved in the 2nd fight (30% chakra or not ,his genjutsu are same strengh ) i think that it would be pretty hard actually to fight kakashi in 1on1 so if you add kisame , i think itachi should loose for sure .
as always itachi is too much overated ...
