Kisame and Kakashi would win. If Susanoo and Amaterasu are made of chakra Itachi is screwed because Kisame has at least 2 ways to drain chakra. I really think Kisame is almost on par with Itachi and add Kakashi to that who is Kage level it should be rather clear win.

i agree with u here lol dont underestimate itachi he also has a pretty good chance of winning, if he manages to get either of them with his gen or amaterasu, he has the match, but the other also have a good chance lol id say about 50 50 chance in this scenario

If it was anyone bar Kakashi as Kisames partner I'd agree its more 70 30 IMO.

Kisame + Guy vs Itachi

I'd say thats a more difficult battle to judge.

But a non-uchiha sharingan user vs An actual Uchiha is a battle that is won 10 times outta 10 by the actual Uchiha.

Kisame + Guy vs Itachi

I'd say thats a more difficult battle to judge.

But a non-uchiha sharingan user vs An actual Uchiha is a battle that is won 10 times outta 10 by the actual Uchiha.

i have to disagree with you there...kisame is a much bigger threat to itachi and guy would just charge if thinking he can handle it...kinda his and Lees style

But Kakashi's main strength is his Sharingan rendered useless against Itachi
Kisames main strength huge chakra reserves and Samedha both rendered almost useless as being Kisames partner he knows prob all his techniques and having Water style himself can probably use them all...and quicker than him.

Guy can keep Itachi busy not allowing him to use any MS techs and he knows how to avoid Gen while fighting.

This allows Kisame to get close enough to use Samedha even to just drain Itachis chakra and eventually Itachi has to resort to susanoo etc and Guy can't hit him and he still prob wins.

how is kakashi's sharingan rendered useless? it would still work just fine... and the thing with itachi knowing all of kisames moves, it works the other way to lol kisame knows his moves as well

I disagree there Itachi would never have been in a fight before were he needed to use Susanoo.

Kisame was like Guy he liked going all out straight away sp showed off a lot of his jutsus

yeah but kisame at least has that sword so all he really needs is a single hit and while itachi is busy with him kakashi could prepare either a trap of some kind or use kamui

I reckon kisame and kakashi. Kisame could make a big bubble and than itachi would drown (susanoo doesn't equal scuba tank) and this would probably be enough to slow itachi down enough for kakashi's kumei (sorry cant spell it)

well itachi does know alot of water style so he could probably get out of it, and its spelled kamui

The fight wouldn't be so cut and dry. Samehameda is a factor here since it can cut chakra and absorb it. If its made of chakra it can cut it and absorb it. As far as I know amaterasu is made of chakra so its susceptible to being absorbed. Kakashi already experienced tsukuyomi once so its not likely he would fall under it again. Going based off their last fight kakashi out smarted him with the clone which left him open to naruto's attack. Granted he couldn't use ms but smarts has nothing to do with ms and in this instance he out smarted him. Even during their first fight he countered his jutsu and only fell to his eye technique because he thought it was a regular genjutsu(notice he closed his non-sharingan eye and resisted it a little, to which itachi complements him). The exploding clone was not his fault and rather he took the damage to save kurenai. A fight between itachi and kashi would be a tough one. They are both at the same level. Kisame vs itachi is also another tough close match and adding another ninja of the same or near the same level increases the chance of the duo beating him. You have to look beyond the jutsu, at this point naruto has beaten some of the most powerful ninja in the world with the same moves. Its not the number of jutsu or their power its the way you use what you have. MS jutsu require huge amounts of chakra and if there is any indicator itachi would literally have to hope he hits them within his limit. Kamiu is a problem, samehameda is a problem. Kisames final water bomb absorbs chakra and with that said anything chakra based would be destroyed by it. Thats why he was surprised he lost to guy because he thought his jutsu was chakra based. I'd say kakashi and kisame would win, itachi is good but not good enough to take on two ninja who are also at his level at the same time(especially since one can counter his chakra based moves and the other weilds space time jutsu capable of teleportation).

A second really. Again Itachi Shadow Clone double Amaretasu done. Dunno if the shadow clone can do Amaretasu but can't see why not.

Susanoo doesn't need to be a scuba tank it deflects all nature transformations so water would not work against it, nor fire, lightning, wind or earth.

Itachi wouldn't be stupid enough to get caught in kamui. He knows Kakashis abilities and has probably already formulated strategies to counter it incase the battled.
