[VS] Itachi vs Killer Bee

We already saw how he performed against the Sharingan with no intel, and he was caught in Genjutsu. The match is determined by whether or not he hits B with Tsukuyomi from the get go. If he does, he wins. If he doesn't, then B realizes that he can cast Genjutsu and then nukes him from afar.

But that's under the assumption Bee can get far enough from Itachi while Itachi doesn't do anything about it. Bee going BM means he is highly vulnerable to Totsuka. Bee was casually keeping up, and even out doing Base Bee in CQC. It's doubtful he can get to the distance required to launch TBB.

V1 B is far faster than Base B. Itachi is capable of tracking him with Sharingan, but his speed isn't greater. So that is one way B can get away.

Bijuu Hachimaki would blow him away, allowing him to create the necessary distance. Totsuka isn't going to land before he does that considering Itachi has to get in stabbing range, then he needs to activate Susanoo and thrust.

Though I don't see why he'd have to get away before using Bijuu Dama. He can fire it faster than Itachi can use any of his unrestricted jutsu, and once it hits him it'll push him away and blow up. If it doesn't, B tanks the explosion with his tentacles while Itachi is turned to nothing.

Nah, Itachi can go v3 and stab quicker than Bee can go BM and fire TBB. His v2-v3 formation was fast enough to nullify Kirin. I doubt Bee's is quick enough for that.

ot: without intel, tsukuyomi is very dangerous in this matchup but Bee has the upperhand in cqc.
scenario 1 goes either way without intel and Bee takes s2 mid-high diff imo

When the susano'o user faces immense pressure it seems like they either can't maintain the susano'o or the pressure is enough to blow the it away.

this was obviously direct contact and on a much smaller scale but tailed beast whirlwind is extremely powerful itself (enough to uproot trees) so I'm not sure if it can be maintained.

Also are you saying yata was used against kirin?



On a side-note, what does no intel really mean? Does Bee not know what the sharingan is or its capabilities?

Itachi activated Susano'O before lightning even hit him, he wouldn't have any problem whatsoever in thrusting B in time, especially considering how fast he is and how Totsuka no Tsurugi can extend.​
