I'm gonna go a different route than most of you guys, and say Itachi would win, but that only works if he is healthy. And the reason I say this is because... Of course the all-powerful, omnipotent Susanoo... I mean one swing of totsuka sword and Bee is done, and yeah while Bee could resist Sasukes Tsukiyomi, I doubt he can beat itachis since his manipulates time, I mean it took a few seconds for 8 tails to snap him out of it, and if you can remember Itachi had fitted 72 hours of torture into about 1 second in real time so by the time 8 tails snaps Bee out of the Tsukiyomi than Bee will be paralyzed and probably dead. But that's just what I think

His stamina is shit as in he cant battle for very long / decreased chakra it doesnt mean hes gona collapse from giving a chase or trying to throw a few hits. bee's gona get hit by amaterasu, if not totsuka, plus we know he is smart and would be able to devise a plan for bee's moves he did to nagato why not bee? but be has the stamina advantage if he can outlast itachi he wins other wise he is strawberry jam on toast

It can by itachi a few seconds i mean chakra disruption cant be thought of and initiated that fast... thats all taht is needed to make a next move maybe to a k0 but it would favour itachi but it would drain some chakra.

Itachi is alive here he can't just spam MS techs. it doesnt even take 1 second to break the genjutsu, itachi wont have time to do anything.

U sure? Bee fell under genjutsu twice and considering how fast tsukyomi is.... I think its pretty useful. Remember the beast inside him has to realize somethings up in order to break him out but if the gusjutsu happens quickly(tsukyomi's specialty) he can't do shit
