well without sharingan Kakashi would not have hardly any jutsu and kakshi relies mostly on his sharingan so he would be fu**ed right away and itachi is still good without his sharingan so itachi wins

Kakashi has shown many times to be proficient in Genjutsu, no argument there because we don't know who would win and could only assume.

da hell? kakashi shown to be proficient in genjutsu?? lmaooo Firstly he has a 4 ..itachi a 5 in databooks..

2ndly he used 2 genjutsus in the entire manga.. and 1 of them was a weak ass one he used on sakura in part 1

i say kakashi cause he managed to becum a jonin at 13 years of age i think WITHOUT the saringan!!!
itachi is a very strong fighter but he is still very much dependent on his sharingan!
so i say kakashi wins :)

Both are pros with and without sharingan. I can really see this going either way. Epic fight though. Probly have to give the edge to kakashi due to itachi's health problem. Ninjutus wise, kakashi has a huge edge, although itachi is still very adept with what he has including shadow clones. Genjutsu is ironically a nonfactor since both of them rely on sharingan (assuming finger genjutsu is still a variation of that). Tai jutsu wise, they seemed pretty even last time they met. However itachi kind of died while kakashi's only gotten stronger. Intelligence wise, you can't really say one over the other. Both are brilliant strategists who can counter unexpected moves at a moment's notice. As far as weapons goes, Itachi is the more skilled combatant being able to nail targets he can't even see by ricochetting kunai in his blind spots. Speaking of weapons, does kakashi get zabuza's cleaver in this fight? Summoning wise, kakashi actually has a useful summon that can target an enemy from underground and pin them down for a killing blow, but that's assuming they don't sink their teeth into an exploding clone.

Kakashi only used sharingan to learn the moves in the first place. He doesn't need it to repeat them.

hmmm, without the sharingan I think Itachi loses more than Kakashi does, but it'd still be a close fight. True, Itachi was a genius, but I feel like it relied a lot on his sharingan. He was able to effectively use the sharigan better and earlier than most other people thus giving him an advantage in many other fields. He's relied on it a lot whereas Kakashi hasn't had to rely on his sharingan all his life and doesn't use it all the time either unless it's a really strong opponent. So in this fight I'm thinking that Kakashi has a better feel for fighting without the sharingan and thus is able to counter Itachi rather well.
Kakashi is as smart if not smarter than Itachi. I'm drawing this from the numerous times that Itachi is surprised by Kakashi's ability to analyze the situation.
Kakashi's ninjutsu I think is a bit better than Itachi's.
Taijutsu, Kakashi has trained with Gai all those years but Itachi is a super fast freak and that could give him the advantage.
Genjutsu: without sharingan on either sides I don't think there will be a lot of genjutsu since they wouldn't be nearly as strong without the sharingan. Itachi is still a genjutsu master, but I haven't seen him use non sharingan genjutsus on strong genjutsu users or people who are able to counter genjutsus well so I'm going to reserve judgement on that.
So to conclude I think Kakashi has a damn good chance to beat Itachi but it's coin toss. Could go either way. If they fought 10 times I think both would win 5

Kakashi wins this with good or high difficulty. Without sharingan, no chance for Itachi.

Itachi doesn't know how to fight against good opponents without sharingan. :)
You consider Deidara and Orochimaru as bad opponenst??
Even though he beat them without sharingan
And lets be honest i dont think Kakashi can beat either of them without his sharingan
Which is the reason he knows 95% of his jutsus

um, didn't Itachi get Deidara with his sharingan genjutsu? the reason that Deidara trained his left eye to counter genjutsus? And Orochimaru was also caught in Itachi's sharingan genjutsus if I remember correctly. I remember Orochimaru ranting about the Uchiha strength after he was caught in the genjutsu so I'm just assuming it was an eye genjutsu

c'mon. I think Itachi is and was nothing without Sharingan. The only reason he was the captain of Anbu is because of his sharingan, IMO. But Kakashi is different. He was a great ninja before getting his sharingan.
nd the only reason why Kakashi became jonin so quickly was because of the war so they ranked people up faster .

Kakashi is the inferior opponent how ever you look at it.
Give kakashi the sharigan and take the sharigan away from itachi, itachi will still beat him. He is superior to kakashi in almost every department.

Tbh there is only a handful of opponents that you should make a vs thread concerning itachi that i would actually respond to with full attention. Kakashi isnt one of them
Dont you think your being a little mean blaze i mean kakashi is technically in the same level as itachi so dont you think with his chakra control and available jutsu he can put up a good fight and possibly win? the only reason why kakashi fell to him the first time was because of tsukuyomi without the sharingan all the other genjutsu even though there strong wont have such a powerful effect

This is why people dislike most the Itachi fandom around these forums. Quite frankly, taking away the sharingan hinders Itachi more than it does Kakashi. I haven't seen so much overrating since Justin bieber lmao.

As for the match, I'll just copy and paste what I said in the other thread.
Problem with the last part kakashi raikiri was perfected because of the sharingan so in essence take away the sharingan and you take kakashi's ability to judge distance and location of attack at high speeds like the raikiri uses

I checked it said he needs sharingan to do his 3 forms of his demonic illusion

no he doesn't,

DO NOT follow narutopedia, its full of lies and bs.... go look at the databook..

It says the demonic illusion which he used on oro , akak the binding one, can be used with handseals but its unnecessary when all he has to do is look into your eyes...

i posted the databook translations a good few pages back..

Itachi still has all his genjutsu
