I'd go for Kakashi in a 100% taijutsu battle only because:

1. His life long rival is a taijutsu master. So he must of copied a lot of great taijutsu with his sharingan. Also gives him a lot of great experience against a taijutsu master.

2. In the manga I've seen him use a lot more taijutsu relative to Genjutsu and Ninjutsu. Where as Itachi used a lower percentage of Taijutsu. So, Kakashi is probably a bit more accustomed to taijutsu in a battle than Itachi.

i thought that but after itachi fought km naruto and bee im inclined to say itachi

hmmmm idk maybe kakashi since we have seen him use taijutsu more than itachi itachi uses taijutsu only for the perfect moment to strike like when he kicked him to the wall and too take his eyes in the genjutsu though

if its only for taijutsu kakashi wins...he uses taijutsu more oftenly than itachi plus that im sure he can use some nintaijutsu like a 1000 years of death. itachi from the other side uses simple and effective taijutsu (but its inferior to kakashi's taijutsu, i mean think of it he has perfect ninjutsu and genjutsu if he had perfect taijutsu too he would be undefeatable!!!)
