I'd say Kakashi takes this with these conditions. Yes there's the finger genjutsu but I don't see that being much of a problem for Kakashi. Overall at this age Kakashi was more skilled imo. Kakashi mid-high diff.

Understand that this is kid Itachi vs kid Kakashi. Literally ALL Kakashi has is his Raikari, nothing else. He didn't copy other ninjas' jutsu yet. Do you think Itachi is going to sit on a stool and wait to have a Chidori through his chest like Rin did? I think not. Itachi is literally superior in every single aspect.

It doesn't change anything, Itachi has no jutsu then.We don't know anything about Kid Itachi's ability.All his strengh come from his sharingan and without his eyes he loose what makes him dangerous.Whereas Kakashi was already skilled without sharingan, he beat kid Gai . Itachi without sharingan is still a good target for chidori.Itachi has nothing to defeat Kakashi.

If this is 7 years old Itachi vs 12 years old Kakashi, than Kakashi take this.
But if this match is 12 years old Itachi vs 12 years old Kakashi, than Itachi win this without much effort.

I'd have to say Kakashi he has mastered three elements earth, water, lightining, and in the anime fire. He also has a summoning his nin-ken and he created his own jutsu chidori/raikiri. He is also very skilled at taijutsu and with weapons he was able to wield Zabuza's Kubikiribocho and run his raiton through it. He also has great battle intelligence he was able to figure out the Deva Path's jutsu even though his sharingan couldn't see it. For all the reasons I pick Kakashi.

Actually he only created chidori when he failed to add raiton to his rasengan. Leading me to believe he already mastered rasengan before performing chidori or aquiring sharingan.
