Itachi vs Kabuto

Hey guys,
I´m wondering what you guys think about the fight Itachi vs Kabuto since Itachi is moving straight on to take care of him.
Kabuto seems to be mysterious at the moment and I really don´t know what kind of abilities he has now except the edo tensei.
Well in my opinion Itachi should be able to fight him since Orochimaru wasn´t a big deal for him after all... also Itachi is one of the most (in my opinion THE most) genius ninjas ever.

It would be anticlimactic for Itachi to beat Kabuto and just lame. Kabuto wins.

In virtually any versus thread, Itachi wins this fight. In the manga, Kabuto will almost certainly win. He just has more to add to the plot than Itachi does right now, so I don't think Kishi will kill him off. I expect the fight to go something like this -

Itachi confronts Kabuto, Kabuto says he has been waiting for them. Then the two will fight for maybe half a chapter using moves we've already seen plus a few low-level new ones. That chapter will end. In the next chapter Kabuto will be holding Itachi's limp body with his snake-tail like he did Anko. However, I do expect Itachi will break Kabuto's hold over edo tensei. It will probably end with Kabuto saying, "as expected, I had to use my trump card to take out Itachi. I lost control of the edos, but it was worth it to capture Itachi."

Kishi will not show us what the trump card is so that it can stay mysterious. Itachi's defeat will occur between chapters.

He isn't going to lose control, he would have to do the hand signs in order for the jutsu to no longer be in affect. Also the only reason Itachi was freed was because of Shisui Uchiha's eye which Itachi burned with the Amaterasu.

With what we know right now, I wouldn't expect Kabuto to lose control of it either (despite my prediction). But we all know that Kishi LOVES all things that are Uchiha. He will make Itachi have some sort of win in this fight, and forcing Kabuto to somehow lose control of edo tensei seems most likely.

itachi will be defeated. but since kishi is an uchiha fanboy, i think that kabuto will ressurect orochimaru and implant the sharingan eyes in oro. besides, oro has always wanted the sharingan. it would be the perfect time to get it
