Ok so Kakashi could'nt he didnt end up in a trauma but he was unable to fight at full skill, but if possible he could fight but not good. Kakashi survived his genjutsu that one second.

Jiraiya is more skilled in many ways that kakashi so why would'nt he be able to handle it????

Also Killer Bee handled Tsukoyomi (I know it was sasukes, but you said only a fully trained sharingan could take this technique)

But it comes to which genjutsu is surperior well i guess its Itachi's since it happens instantaniously compared to toad genjutsu... though if a special sitation appeared toads would be better.

kakashi did end up with trauma man he get hospitalized until tsunade arrived to cure him, and kakashi didn't survive at all he completely got owned inside itachi realm,

killer bee handle tsukoyomi which is cast by sasuke and we all know u cannot compare itachi tsukoyomi with sasuke, when itachi easily manipulate the enemy sense of time and space even the pain is real

Jariya frog croaking genjutsu can't b avoided unless u attack jariya himself and overwhelm him!

Itachi tysukomi can be avoided! Jus dont look at his eyes. Watch his feet!!

I'm sorry If I were fighting any 1 of these two I'd rather watch my opponents feet, than to hav my hands covering my ear and trying to kill j man

In a 1 vs 1 situation, Tskuyomi is better.
In a 1 vs many situation, Frog Song is better.
Overall, I would say Tsukuyomi.
