Hmmmm Im going to have to go with Freddie on this one. First off, they both can cast pretty sick genjutsu but the main difference is, Freddie's genjutsu has an affect in real life rather than just the mind.

Well technically Itachi wouldn't even be able to harm Freddy seeing that he doesn't even exist in the real world. When Itachi goes for his nap Freedy has him completely in his control.

The entire dream world is Freddy's "Tsukiyomi". He has complete control of what happens while you dream. I'll go with Fred
