You seem to forget that you said a healthy itachi, at this point in the battle you just showed he was exhausted from using amaterasu and tsukuyomi and fire jutsu's and he was still ablt to use susanoo' in a complete form which mean sif he is to start a battle like this A won't have a chance come on now thing about it :)
Healthy as in no disease, that doesn't mean that He can't be exhausted.

Susanoo starts consuming chakra like RS does to Naruto in SM...Its a high risk high reward attack.

But given's A's speed, power its not much useful against him.

A put a hole in Edo Madara's Susanoo

Now before you get into "it happened because Onooki helped him" and all..Raikage had the strength but he required speed against edo madara...but that won't be the case against Itachi

Earth Release: Light-Weight Rock Technique

Contrary to its counterpart the Earth Release: Added-Weight Rock Technique, instead of making the target heavier, this technique makes it much lighter. This allows freer manipulation of the affected objects, which would normally carry considerably more weight and as such, require a greater amount of exertion to move. The technique can be used on the user or other shinobi to increase their speed,[1] but as a consequence of using it this way, it results in the decrease of the physical force of their blows.

Earth Release: Added-Weight Rock Technique
This technique simply allows the user to make whatever they are touching increase in weight. When used on living organisms they exhibit petrification and then begin to crumble

Oonoki first made him less heavy so that he could move much faster, then he made him much heavier so the attack could do more damage.

If itachi knows he can attack from the back he won't let him don't forget itachi's intelligence and you say for a short time but itachi can use it long enough to either get him into tsukuyomi or be affected by totsuka don't forget itachi is all about strategy he doesn't make any unnecessary moves everything means something and in the end he will catch you no matter the circumstances rarely anything catches him by surprise and if it does he easily composes himself and keeps a level head and moves to defeat you

This is Raikages Full speed... Itachi can do nothing if Raikage Decides to attack from the back

Heck even Minato had to use FTG.

Ah nice, I never realized that. Makes sense thought because When the Raikage attacked Madara's Susanoo before Tsunade broke it he only cracked the ribs and the Raikage had Oonoki on his back then as well.

Itachi bags this. He is a prodigy and a genius with ehough sense to go out as clones and administor the Raikage's weakness. The spiritual weapons give Itachi and edge and one look in the eye and the Raikage is done for. Btw Amaterasu can't be pierced by raikages strength and speed alone and unless he given extra help all he will be able to do is crack it a bit, and that won't be enough.

Exactly so his speed and power aren't really important and itachi even held his own against bee and naruto in kyuubi mode which the raikage couldn't handle one of them on their own

Raikage can't penetrate a full Susanoo but he can force Itachi to leave it activated throughtout the battle and die of chakra loss. Avoiding genjutsu through constant movement and no eye contact is key to this working.
