As much I hate to say it but Itachi will beat Deva path.

Itachi can't counter Chibaku, and I don't see him rushing to use Susano'o, so I'd think Deva.

Although if Itachi get's into Susano'o it depends on whether or not Deva can Shinra Tensei Totsuka sword, if he can, then he might be able to either disarm Susano'o or push the sword away for long enough to cast Chibaku.

Meh, I think Deva.

Also nice to note; Deva alone would be more powerful than he was against Naruto, as Nagato would concentrate all chakra on him

i say its a tie. if itachi defeats him or seals him before he uses chibaku tensei then itachi wins but if deva path uses chibaku then itachi is done for

It won't burn it before it sucks him in, and it also took a TBB, Rasen Shuriken in BM and Tomoe in Susanoo, I don't think Itachi could break it on his own.

Deva path would win in my opinion all of his powers are superior to itachi's and he has a lot more stamina than itachi.

Itachi hasnt shown a technique strong enough to end ct, but you see he doesnt have to.
If its 1 vs 1, and itachi's main fighting style being genjutsu, he'd defeat him before deva can use ct.

u do realize that itachi stamina wont allow him to throw any more than 3-4 magatamas. like i said it depends if deva uses chibaku tensei at the right time

Amaterasu is faster since all Itachi has to do is to look at the flying up sphere to hit it with his Amaterasu.

And no, that's incorrect. Take out Itachis chitchat with Naruto and Bee, where Chibaku Tensei managed to grow on a respectable size and a TBB is not needed. The Magatama of Madaras Susanoo managed to knock through Gaaras and Oonokis perfect defense, althrough sand by itself is able to dampen blows very well. Itachi can use this Magatamas as well against Chibaku Tensei in its initial stage.

Deva Path ran away and used Chibaku Tensei then, while Itachi could just suppress his chakra with his Sharingan . So your statement is no more than a fail.

Itachis Genjutsu cannot hurt a reanimated body physically or Mentally so Deva still wins.

Ofcourse Itachi can trap Deva in a Genjutsu but the result will be just like Kakashis Raiton clone, Deva would just sit there and endure whatever Itachis genjutsu throws at him unflinchingly until it's over and they can continue fighting.
