So Itachi just burns Deidara with Amaterasu and Deidara explodes himself to stop the pain while Itachi uses Susanoo to shield himself from the blast.

Then Itachi dies just because he is tired of fighting and succumbs to his ailment.

He trained his eye to resist normal genjutsu...Itachi used a normal genjutsu on it.....He can't resist tsukyomi, only uchihas can

Tsukiyomi won't work since Deidara's eye was trained to resist visual genjutsu. Deidara also knew about tsukiyomi, everyone knew about it really, konoha from when he used it agianst kakashi and sasuke, and safe to say that everyone knew about it in the akatsuki, so the fact that deidara sais he was training his eye for years to defeat Itachi, and the fact that he declared that NO Visual genjutsu would work against him means that tsukiyomi would not have worked against him, the chances of deidara making that statement without the knowledge are very low, the akatsuki knew almost everything about each other, they were working partners afterall and tsukiyomi is widely known in the narutoverse, so I don't think this would be a factor.

The game breaker here is the battle between C4 and sasuno'o/yata mirror, the yata mirror reflects all attacks but we don't know if it can counter against molecular disintegration from C4, it is still a physical construct after all and if it can be touched, than it has molecules, this is the game breaker for me, if Yata mirror and sasuno'o can reflect even microscopic particles, than yes, Itachi takes it with mid difficulty, if it can't, I dunno, there is still ameterusu added to the equation, though how good would his aim be with spider explosives attacking him and mine field to limit his movements is another issue, not to mention the C2 dragon on top of all that, I dunno, to many ifs and what's.

Oh yeah I just thought about it, gases are like microscopic substances right, if yata mirror could stop and sasuno'o could stop that, then Itachi wouldn't be able to breathe right? Or maybe I'm just overthinking it, that really sounded rediculous, Itachi would prob win mayn, sorry deidara.
