Neither of them can escape Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, nor can they break or even scratch Susanoo; that much is for sure. But even without those supreme Mangekyou techniques I'm not doubting Itachi's victory, as his skills easily trump theirs.

Zabuza's Kirigakue no Jutsu, the essence of his fighting style and their only hope of survival, is weak in front of Itachi, as it was strongly implied that a fully mastered Sharingan mostly maintains its view and thus counters the mist [

Isn't really much of a fight...Flori just about covered the most important parts...
Mist isn't a problem at all.. not only can sharingan see through it, but it can be evaporated

Poor Darui and Zabuza... what did they ever do to you? Itachi stomps. Give them 5 Darui's and Zabuza's, and Itachi stomps.
